Got a bathroom scale from my ladyfriend for Christmas. I gave her a list of stuff that I needed and she got all of them. So that was nice. I didn't expect that.

Anyway, I haven't weighed myself in probably 15 years. I'm trying to think what I weighed 15 years ago. Anyway, I've gained either 5 or 10 pounds. So either way, that's pretty good. I mean, I weigh probably 15 or 20 pounds more than when I was in high school. And I was really underweight. So great.

I also gained about five pounds after I started lifting weights about 20 years ago and that weight pretty much stayed on even though not all of the muscle did. So at least five pounds of this post-high school weight is pure sexy muscle.
