Glad to see that many of us think alike! I've never been a great believer in extended life servicing and repair. We set our computer to send a service letter to our customers every 6 months! We offer the opportunity to have an interim service or at least an oil service, and most customers read the letter and book their vehicle in with us! We then set the computer for a major service for the following six months. I have to say that this does work well for us, but may not suite all garages, We have also just started to use the Service check sheets supplied by Forte lubricants, as well as their service records etc. These are all foc and are good quality as well.
