A few weeks ago a friend of my wife took her 4 year old Peugeot 206 1.1 into the main dealer for annual service and MOT, they charged her £99:00 all in Last week it started pulling back, so i advised he to take it back. They did a diagnostic check and changed spark plugs and relieved her of another £120:00. She complained that it had just been serviced. Their reply was that as it was 4 years old it should of had a 4th year or 40,000 service, if she wanted that done they can do it early in January She had relied on the dealer to give her the correct servicing advice, but now feels that they had just lured her there with a £99:00 all in price, but the correct service was not carried out So i can see the same thing happening here, customers lured in with cheap prices, but incorrect servicing carried out. Modern day vehicle schedules vary vastly, a £99:00 fits all price is just the bait....... Peter
