It's the "no waiting" bit that I wonder about because if they do get to be popular then everyone will have to wait for a 15 minute slot.

I hope that my customers will find them less convenient than the service I offer - I pick the car up from their workplace and drop it off at the end of the day. No waiting, no inconvenience....but a higher bill and a GUARANTEED job.
