The Only real answer is maybe!!!! if the Car has failed on one no: plate bulb or in the oppinion of the tester one of the indicator bulb,s is too white, i,m sure the car is OK to drive.
When the LAW and the MOT rules are not in line, as we know they are not (or is it only me ???)its all rubbish.
