I have been advertising for a skilled technician for the last six weeks, spend a small fortune in adverts and not had a single reply.
Is there a shortage of technicians??? or is just my area (East Anglia).
I have now seen a article in the Aftermarket magazine about employing eastern European workers.
Has anyone out there taken that route??
I would be interested in your thoughts on this subject??
