Dear All,

My partner Louise & I will be taking part in our 7th consecutive Great North Run (half marathon) this coming Sunday up in Newcastle.

We have over the past 6 years raised money for cancer charities. However, this year we will be raising money for The Stroke Association in memory of my Dad who died last November following a stroke.

Its always a fantastic day and the support from crowds and the fellow runners is amazing. I'm sure it will be an extra special day for me this year.
