I have sent the Technical Article below to Mr Rix at Auto Express, if he reads the article and is still of the opinion that all Independent Garages have to do is "Plug, Read and Replace" then i have offered temp passwords for him to have the "Right to Reply"

Hopefully the article may also be read by the general public who are being misled into thinking we are overcharging for fault finding
