We are a Bosch Car Service garage. Prior to that we were a Service Agent. It does seem that these days, possibly due to Bosch marketing, we are asked to do a lot of estimates that, frankly, can be a waste of time. Often, there is an expectation we will charge about 50% below dealer on both parts and labour!!
