I keep losing trade discount on the parts I order VOR.Instead of the manufacturers charging a delivery charge for VOR parts they just wipe out the trade discount.So if your customer went direct to the dealer they would pay the same price.
Do these manufacturers expect you to work for nothing? For the parts that I loose the discount on I charge delivery to make up the lost revenue so it makes my price dearer than the dealer.I know that not all manufacturers do this I would like to compile a list of the ones that do so when people ask what I thought of buying a Fiat I could recommend another make where they look after their customers.
