Hi Steve,
Just gone through the process and it took less than 30 mins what with registering, faxing a letter and then within 5-10mins getting a call from Mazda to see we've been granted access to the Digital Service Records and Mazda Electronic Service Information!
Can print of the proper service checklists, access workshop repair information and once I sort out a slight issue downloading a bit of software should be able to see the Electronic Parts Catalogue.
What a great way of doing things.....just wish the other manufacturers would follow suit!
