Once you have registered your details, you will have to wait for a confirmation e-mail from them. Once you have that you will have to Fax them a copy of your headed note paper to verify who you are. They will then activate the link their end for you to use the online service record system
If you have any problems, I would give the helpline a call, they are based in the UK, I found them friendly and very helpful, I was registered and up an running in a couple of hours
When you book mark the link it may not let you in or play ball, you just have to modify the link as it tends to add a load of rubbish onto the URL link address. If not sure the helpline will talk you through
