Had an unfortunate experience last week, this
may prevent somebody else getting done this way.Customer phones up asking about price of tyres, quoted price, called back and said he wanted 4, left a mobile number to be called when ready to be fitted, another person similar wanted 4 quad bike tyres, same sort of arrangement.
Third call wanted huge tyres and would not give us a name or number so we said we could not fit them, too big for our changer, this one sounde dodgy but other seemed genuine. when tyres arrived, we called and call went to answerphone left message saying tyres were in know.
you can guess may be what happened next. Workshop door forced one night and 8 tyres ordered only things stolen, probably another 40 tyres in store plus everthing else was acessable but nothing else touched. Phone numbers given to police,no response know.
Lesson learned only order things after a deposit if not know person.
