now that the rules have changed for smaller workshops to carry out m.o.t tests i am thinking of applying to vosa for a test station.i have had one company come out and draw plans and he said you should be allowed to carry out tests.i wanted vosa to come out and have a look and to tell me if the workshop would be ok but it seems like you can only contact them by e-mail.which we did but they just sent me lots of forms to fill out .i wanted someone to look and say yes its ok before we start getting all the quotes in.my workshop is in bristol.has anyone had similar problems .also do any one know a company that i can buy/lease the equipment.thanks
