i have been in the process of setting up a testing bay for the reasons you have. it is not as straight forward as i thought it would be. council planning permission personal and business references required. i am almost at the end of it now. the supplier you choose will come out and let you know if it is possible. i spent i lot of time looking and getting numerous quotes from different companys etc..pages,snap on. i chose v-tech in the end and i am so glad i did,they have done 99% of all the work,form filling etc, they were best priced and the equipment has the longest warranties, ring ashley hance at v-tech,ask for a visit, you wont regret it.
