Hi Steve,

They must have kept my card details on record when I dealt with them in July last year. However, to cut a long story short, I managed to get my money refunded today - with no apology. There is disconcerting stuff about them on the internet and they have not filed company accounts for 2years. So beware if you have dealings with them or talk to me first. I still feel that I am going to be bitten on the bum by this outfit.
