This company used to do our telephone system and approx 1 year ago we got to work to find out we no longer had a phone line, to cut a very long story short they had gone into administration, the whole point to this is we now have a company called shire leasing on our case who have been threatening to take us to court over the equiptment as it belongs to them. We have told them to come and collect it as we cant use it now and they said we will still have to pay just under £5000 in oustanding payments inc interest so we said no chance take us to court, after six months of phone calls (them calling us) we still have not been to court and we now have a figure of £1800 this is still on going and they call us about once a week saying they will take us to court if we dont pay anyone else got this problem with these companys alsonif anyone gets any company come in and offer to cut your phone bills by half tell them to go away we know pay alot more for our calls and internet with bt but know that we are not going to have any problems like this.
