Hi Guys I have to say 90% of the time you can only blame yourselves. Why would you want to give your customer the choice between cheap crap and a quality replacement part. Unless you like your customer that much you want to see them again two months down the line.

These suppliers are making a fortune off your backs because many garages do not invoice there supplier for labour when they sell you a part that goes wrong.
