Iam getting lots of people contacting me to ask if we can carry out the Ist service on there new car.i have heard various stories that as long as you use genuine parts and you are a VAT registered garage then it is ok.the one thing that worries me is if the customer has a warranty issue at a later date and the car goes back to a dealer will they refuse to do it because it was serviced at a non dealer garage.
