We lose the labour, but the dealer does'nt get there sticky fingers on our customer and do unwanted "safety checks" etc, and blaming fauly fitment, hinting how incompetent everybody apart from themselves is.
I know it is'nt an ideal situation on larger warranty claims, but at least we retain our customer.
