I think its a case of TPS knowing exactly what there doing with regards to trading standards or any other Automotive body and they just push you as far as they can until eventually you give up.

I suppose there theory is how much money or time will us smaller independent garages waste in fighting TPS.

What would be the outcome in a small claims court battle.
