The other week we installed two new rear suspension air bags to a C4 Picasso. One of the Air bags were faulty so we had to take it back. As they only had the two instock, we had to get another one from another dealer.

Friday customer came back to show me a letter she had recieved from Citroen Asking her why she had refused to let the dealer carry out a safety recall.

She rang Citroen and to cut a long storey short, it turns out that the dealer has charged Citroen for fitting this faulty Air bag. Shit has hit the fan now. This customer won't let it drop. She is also going to report them to Motorcodes
