We just been bitten by these people and am now not sure what to do.

We signed up for 3 adverts (my father actually did it as he thought it was a good idea) but now we regret it as i did a search though here and on google which reveals complaint after complaint.

But we from what i can remeber only e-signed one agreement and i've just this minute had an email asking us to sign the 2nd/3rd order agreement which i'm obviously not going to do

Trading standards can't help as its business to business but said never agree to any advertising over the phone or online as this is now a common happening.

So now as i have an email asking for the confirmation for the final 2 adverts i reckon i can possibly get some of the money back already paid and only lose the money for the 1st signed advert.

Plus our welcome pack states that only 1 has been signed for.

Trading standards did say that you must send an email asap stating that under no circumstances you wish to renew your advertising/listing in the directroy as this is then proof of you opting out but make sure you chase a reply.

Wish i'd searched 1st but at least i'm/we are not the only ones caught out by them which means i'm not so stupid.
