just thought i'd update this as we had a phone call last Thursday saying we now owe them £4500 renewal fee's but they'd offer us a discount.

Obviously after the last cock up we said no we are not renewing as we don't want any more dealings with you.

They said we had no choice as we'd sign an agreement and hadn't sent in a letter to cancel automatic renewal.

I took over and stated that i sent an email to there accounts department instructing them not to automatically renew the contract, this apparrantly isn't acepted as it has to be in writing but its ok for them to s-sign documents without any written contracts being posted out.

Anyway i was lucky as i had a copy of the email from there accounts department which clearly stated they would cancel any automatic renewal so thankfully they haven't taken any money from our bank account.

Not even 12 montsh had passed since they were asking for more money.
