AA recovered a Van in on Monday which needed a new power steering pump. Rang AA for authorisation to be told we will not pay any more than what Euro Car Parts charge for Click and Collect.

I informed them that we do not use ECP due to quality issues in the past. The part we wanted to fit would have cost them £17.89 extra and still he refused. So I said Okay take it away I don't want to do it.

Informed them and the customer £12.50 + vat per day for storage and it's still here. ??????????????????
