I have posted this on this forum because I wish to post the link to someone.

I had an audit from the Good Garage Scheme Friday, now they state you should use fuel and engine flush treatment every service. When I joined this scheme in 2008 I made it clear I use diesel treatment every service in the fuel filter but flush and petrol would be offered to the customer as an option.

I use flush in extreme cases of oil burning etc but far from every service. Now it looks like I will be getting removed from the scheme for this reason.

I would like your honest unbiased opinions and experiences as well established professional traders. I got told the flush has better lubricating properties than mobil 1 oil?
