Having just read the email with regards to the introduction of the new cards..
The question that springs to mind is how does it generate a new PIN every 30 seconds and from where..

The number generated may well be random, but how does that tie in to the system..
Does it come with its own site modem?
I assume there must be some communication between the card and the mot admin.
Should that be the case, does it have its own comms ie wifi enabled or independantly transmits data via the "force"
If this is the answer then does it know where you ARE and WHEN
I dont have a problem with this during mot's but I sure as hell would have at any other time or place.
