I would let them take a look again, I've used them loads and if anything goes wrong(not very often) I have always had it resolved with no fuss.

I sometimes swallow the return postage if something goes back but on the whole out of everybody who does this sort of work I find them by far the best and like the fact they only deal with the trade.

Speak to Dean there he knows his stuff and is very sensible about things.
