    is all in the way you say it when explaing to customer
    if you said the retail price of the part is............. no problem but what i think he is saying is by saying the price at cost and the cost of parts.. in correct english actually mean the same thing to somebody who claim to be thick and no nothing atall and never listens to a word you say.
