We had the chance to be involved with this about a year ago. I couldn't see any real advantages to either side as we bought most of our stock/parts from Andrew Page and we weren't about to start buying more because of this scheme. Plus our diary was usually full so we didn't need any work more. The Bosch guy agreed that we didn't need the scheme as we would probably get little from it and neither would they. And to be perfectly honest 10 years ago we had no ones sign on the wall. Then we got involved with Unipart, then ended up with the Bosch Motor Plus signs. The best thing to come out of Unipart who were greedy bastards was the KIS software. The best things to come from Bosch (In my opinion)is the training for all staff and the KTS ESI package. I personally don't think it makes very much difference if there's a sign there or not. Having said that we still have the Bosch signs up and we all wear our pretty Bosch overalls which maybe has the impression of making us all look competent Our dishwasher went tits up 2 weeks ago. I got the Yellow pages out and looked for the nearest local repair man. I didn't look for Zanussi!
