Hi dave, the first case was my mistake, as when it printed it out i spotted the expiry date. There was no v5 to note the reference nuber so i tried to cancel, then issue a replacement cert.(about 2 minutes work, pr-computerisation)? anyway, my username kept coming back invalid! after a few phone calls-vosa said issue the vt20w but in future ask for v5. the second case was a call to vosa again as i couldn't use brake testing weight off the chart as there are no motor caravans on there.Vosa had the details of this one and told me a weight to enter! vosa are looking at' both scenarios so i asked them to put it in a special notice! regards ian(n)
