32 months ago i invested in £25000 in mot equipment from snap-on/sun.after a couple of months the dga2500 was having problems,eventually sorted out,wrong programme fitted.
1st time they calibrated the brake tester & emission tester,ok,i aked the engineer about the headlight tester,"is it one of ours then"
it all came from snap-on,after a phone call he did check it.
took us 2 yrs for them to get the calibration for the brake tester, emission & beam setter all on the same agreement,cost £1100.
i've invested in bore-scope tool £200.
very recently got a solus-pro £1400.
booked for 2 to go on solus course £228.
my brake tested broke on monday,phoned service dept,"we'll contact the engineer,by the way it's £115.00 call out + parts + labour".
had to chase them up today(weds)he fixed it in 10 mins,spring broken & was jamming a roller.
so much for loyalty!!
