hi all

just received my annual calibration fee for my snap-on emission tester & smoke tester,has risen by 17.5% since last year,why do i feel my hands are tied behind my back,and they are squeezing my b***s and there is nothing i can do!
phoned up to question this & they have offered 10% discount if i pay for this calibration & service agreement for the brake tester & beam setter in one payment by credit card,or 5% if i carry on by direct debit.
wouldn't recommend this equipment to anyone!
area manager,who i have never met,phoned me a few weeks ago,asking about the service i was getting,had heard about me moaning(from rep),he was going to get some one to contact me,still waiting!
sorry for going on,but not a happy monday!!!!
