Hi Guys
Had enough now with Snap on.
Been accused of being a liar and now a bad payer -all because Snapon finance cancelled my direct debit and then couldn't find the new direct debit form in the same envelope as the cheque that they could find ??
This so called "top of the range" equipment (oh by the way this is the second one I've had) has cost me a fortune in lost earnings, a fortune in lost time phoning and arguing with people and god knows how much stress!
My rep wants me to by a Verus - I don't think so !

Does anyone have the name of the top person in Snapon UK so I can let him know what wonderfull equipment his company supplies.
