There is an update to disable the EGR for ever for all Z16XE engines, you will need to fit a blanking gasket too, part number 55560700.
Another problem on a Z18XE I had was random missfires and loss of power, I checked this a couple of times and could never fault it. I updated the software but the TIS didn't say what the version fixed, anyway it was cured, ran perfect after that.
