Nissan Almera 1.5 2000 - MOT failure, CO 10% at idle #

Engine Code or Type *: n16 1500

hi peolple,
got this nissan-mot failure-high co.
co at fast idle ok and well within desired range.
At idle though co measures approx 10% but does fluctuate down to about 4%.Have tested 02 sensors-both ok.Maf sensor ok.Throttle body was very grubby but not now.Any ideas?
