So your the XXXX that keeps buying parts and sending them back to Pages if they don't cure the job. ???

And I am usually the poor sod that gets the used parts, sometimes ok and sometimes faulty.

If you buy Electronic parts and fit them and it doesn't cure the job then you should not send them back as they are used components and should not be resold as new.

Carry out proper testing and you should not have to buy parts to try them, if you do buy them and they dont cure the job, keep them on your shelf for you to use next time.
