Hi lads,
After driving again with the new oil and filter it was no better, and still with the same fault codes,i decided to check the valve timing.
The timing chain guide was broken in several places causing the timing to slip bout 3 teeth (cogs).Reset the timing with the tool,couldnt do it without it,and its now back to itself.
Nice handy job and a good earner too !
