Hi Sean,
How is the car running? ie is it actually mis-firing or just booked in for EML illuminating. If it is mis-firing, is it across the rev range - if so 4 gas readings might be helpful. Have you got a coil tester or something to observe a misfire? When I have something like this, I like to SEE a mis-fire.
