Hi Dave,

I am well aware that there are a few members with exceptional knowledge and this is one of the reasons I joined. I am also well aware that there are people who are are not fortunate enough to have either the skill, information or technology as the gifted few. There is however no need for rudeness or bad manners to a fellow member.

I have re-read this thread and there is nothing that Shaun has said that deserves the comments that has been made especially when he takes time to help fellow members.

I have seen plenty of bad posts on here and no one is perfect. All it needs is a little bit of patience and education rather than slag some-one off. As I have mentioned before, there are people who no longer use this site because of this which I think is a shame because with the right encouragement they too could become useful contributors.
