I would suggest a bit of reading up and research on how modern DIS ignition systems work if you want to understand what kind of voltages to expect on a simple coil pack such as this. Take a look at wiring diagrams and look at various test methods such as scopes or LED testers as well as DMM and dwell meters.

A better understanding of the circuit you are testing should give you the ability to work out what to expect. Without wiring colours or pin numbers.
