owner complained of intermittent management lamp on and loss of fuel, temp and rev gauges

Retrieved fault codes p0155:upstream o2 sensor heater even bank electrical,p1472: variable intake butterfly valve always open, p1641:can bus failure, p1647:can instrument pack message fault.cleared fault codes and road tested, p0155 & p1472 return. Checking on freeze frame data this occurred at 1300rpm whilst ect was at 33 degrees c. Carried out tests on lambda sensor to find heater circuit o/c and lambda sticking up around 0.7/0.8v intermittently and when voltage switching it switches slowly as does odd bank pre cat sensor, checked inlet motor,however only have checks for unit supply and no actuation tests,supply was ok(new lambda sensor and complete inlet manifold have already been replaced early this year,lambda was for identical fault but inlet was for loose flaps however the inlet motor has also been replaced under warranty for failing)whilst checking vehicle under stationary conditions the gauges then dropped off indicating no revs,no temp gauge but with fuel gauge still reading,on handset revs and temp reading correct with no fault codes? upon checking live 4 gas data co was high at 1.95% and hc up too at 256 both at idle once rpm raised this returns to normal
