Hi David, a lot of parts appear to have been changed on the vehicle, but your post is short on what diagnostic tests have been carried out prior/after the replacement parts?

I.e, have you scoped the sensor signals at the ECU?
have you checked any and all supply lines for the ECU/sensors? HTH
