I was about to answer and you provided the answer. We find this a common fault on these type of ECUs. The ECUs have several faults , but the one that is commonly reported to stop the car is CAM sensor fault or Throttle body fault. It is not easy to tell whether this is the ECU of a CAM timing error on the car unless you can accurately compare the CAM and CRANK sensor waveforms.
