Thanks peter i did read the previous posts earlier but just read them again now i have a little more time, i decided to go with a replacement cat as i am confident it is at fault after a bit of scoping . I will post the result in a couple of days when new cat and sensors arrive, as i said i am confident the cat is at fault but am interested if anyone has ever had to go as far as ecu replacement as toyota advised,thanks again peter for the quick reply
