ok sorry its took so long to get back to you all. After co tests i found that the bank 1 was running rich. I took on wot you all said & checked the valve Clearance on all of bank 1. all the inlets where miles to tight!!. After calculateing wot we needed to remove of are shims we sent them of to be done. on refitting & a good road test the fault was rectified thank god. customer very happy thank you all for youe input on this problem fixed.
