Things have took a turn for the worse. Customer has had the exhaust joint seen to and took it back for an MOT and now "It's twice as bad as it was before" The original readings on the MOT was 0.28 and 0.30% CO and deemed a pass. It failed on a slightly high Lambda reading. On my first post the CO at fast idle was 0% when I tested it. Maybe because the heater element is not functioning, the sensor has not warmed up enough to do its job properly. I have a feeling I am being optimistic !
