It shouldn't take that long and it all comes apart nicely usually.

Obviously fit the complete kit from Vauxhall, sometimes you need to change the big gasket that the chain cover bolts to but assess with it apart. It's not expensive so would be good practice to do anyway. The only critical point is getting the cam timing ring positioned correctly. Has to be perfect but if you have the setting kit this should be no problem.

You'll see a note in the kit mentioning knocking out the old washers from the old cam sprockets which need to be used when fitting the new type sprockets with the relevant size bolts.
