Sorry for the lack of response guys. Unfortunately been away ill so the vehicle will be coming in this Saturday.

I am almost positive it's a narrow band sensor though Mark. Although its been renewed recently by another garage I wonder if the cylinder faults and how lean it has been over the last few months could have damaged it?!
