Sorry for the late reply. After further investigation and taking some advice from some of the posts, I checked the big ends and found some of the shells was worn. I replaced the shells and asked the customer to run the vehicle till after Christmas and let me know how it is. Anyway the customer came back last week and fault has gone. So I would like to thank everyone for there help many thanks Andrew
